Credit advance

The Credit Advance is an SMS subscription service through which LEBARA customers who accept this recharge option can request a Credit Advance for their LEBARA prepaid card, to avoid running out of balance when they most need to stay connected.
Activating the Credit Advance Service has management costs that amount to 20% of the Balance Advance amount requested by the customer.
The Credit Advance amount, together with the Advance management cost (20% of the Advance amount made), will be deducted from the next conventional recharge that they make in accordance with the general contracting conditions.
The customer may request a Credit Advance if they meet the following requirements:
  • They have accepted these particular conditions and therefore have the Credit Advance Service active.
  • They are a prepaid customer.
  • The customer must have been on the line for which they are requesting the Credit Advance for at least 45 days. - The Client must have made a top-up in the last 30 days.
  • The Client must have less than €1 of balance to make the request. The Client may not request a Credit Advance if he or she is not within Spanish territory
The Service allows the available Balance to be increased by requesting a Credit Advance on the LEBARA prepaid card at any time, through the following procedure:
LEBARA offers the client the possibility of receiving a Credit Advance via an SMS which will include a landing page with the general conditions.
The client, once a minimum balance threshold has been reached, may receive an SMS with a top-up offer, which will be made by LEBARA
The response to this SMS sent by LEBARA with the amount of the selected top-up will imply the user's full acceptance of LEBARA's commercial proposal in accordance with the Credit Advance conditions included in the specific Top-up conditions.
Once the Credit Advance Service has been activated and during its validity, the User may receive or send an SMS to make the corresponding Advance payment, which may range from €1 to €10.
Once the user has reviewed the conditions and responded to the SMS, he or she will receive a reply SMS with the Credit Advance details, the amount and the cost of the Credit Advance.
It will also indicate the amount that will be deducted from the next recharge. The Customer may use the advance amount for both voice and data, as well as use it to pay for bonuses or any other service available in the LEBARA prepaid mode, counting as a normal recharge in relation to the LEBARA prepaid conditions.
